These items are non refundable/exchangeable as they are made to your exact measurements. Your satisfaction as a customer is extremely important to us and we are delighted to offer free alterations on any UNWORN suits prior to show date.

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED AS LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION AND NOT ELIGLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
A return or exchange will be issued on some UNWORN merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the items. All return or exchange merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached, hygienic liners in tact, and packaging included. If your return or exchange does not meet these guidelines, please do not send back your items as your return or exchange may not be approved. Instead please contact us to verify if it may be approved. All unapproved returns are subject to a small fee for postage to re-ship/return the item.
- All fabrics are susceptible to stains. We are not responsible for stains of any kind once suit has been worn.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for soiled or washed merchandise.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for tampered items or evidence of alteration.
- Approved returns will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping fees and 10% restocking fee! Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (i.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for discount requirements.)
- Returns or Exchanges must include a print out of the receipt or invoice and include the Reason for Return. You can find your receipt by logging into your account and going to your order history.
- We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. Please use a trackable shipping method.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Priority Mail has no tracking number; only Express Mail is provided with a tracking number.
