Welcome to Saleyla. These Terms of Service govern your use of saleyla.com and your purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Saleyla is operated from Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
1. Overview
This website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to all of them, please do not use this site or place an order.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependent to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Custom made-to-order products
This section is important. Please read it carefully.
Figure competition suits, bikini competition suits, posing suits, and men's posing trunks are made to order to your individual measurements. They are not stock items and are not resellable.
By ordering a custom item you acknowledge and agree that:
- Measurements are your responsibility. You must provide accurate measurements taken according to our measurement guide. We cut to the measurements you supply. Suits that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements are not eligible for refund.
- Production begins once measurements are confirmed. Once we have begun cutting fabric, your order cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- Free alterations are offered. Your satisfaction matters to us. If your suit needs adjustment, contact us and we will work with you on alterations.
- Body changes are not a defect. Competition prep changes your body. If your measurements change between ordering and delivery, that is not a manufacturing fault. Alterations may be available.
4. Product descriptions, colors, and materials
We work hard to display our fabrics accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors accurately. Monitors, phones, and lighting vary. If exact color is critical, order a fabric sample before committing to a suit.
Fabrics, crystals, and trims are subject to availability. If a material becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Because each suit is handmade, minor variations in crystal placement, stitching, and finish are inherent to the product and are not defects.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed — if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel and refund the order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping rates, production timelines, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
In summary: custom made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Certain in-stock items may be returned within 7 days subject to the conditions in that policy.
8. Customer accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including designs, photographs, product images, text, logos, and the Saleyla™ name and mark — is the property of Saleyla and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of this site or our designs without express written permission.
Photographs of our suits may not be used for commercial purposes, including by other suit makers, without permission.
10. Customer-submitted content
If you send us photos, measurements, design ideas, reviews, or other content, you grant Saleyla a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish that content in connection with our business, including on social media, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
You confirm that any content you send does not violate the rights of any third party.
We will never publish your measurements.
11. Third-party links and services
This site may contain links to third-party sites and use third-party services for payments, shipping, and analytics. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
12. Errors and inaccuracies
Content on this site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saleyla, its owner, and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from us.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saleyla and its staff from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
16. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
