Paid Alteration Quote

Saleyla offers paid alteration services for competition suits when the requested work is outside our complimentary minor-adjustment policy or is requested more than 14 days after delivery.

Please contact us and receive a quote before placing an alteration-service order. Email info@saleyla.com with your original order number, clear photos of the garment and fit, a description of the requested changes, and your show date. We will assess the work and send you a quote for approval before beginning.

Complimentary minor adjustment

Each custom order includes one complimentary minor adjustment when requested within 14 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn except for trying it on, unwashed, and unaltered by anyone else, with original tags attached and the hygienic liner intact. The customer pays shipping to Saleyla, and Saleyla pays return shipping.

Paid alterations

Major alterations and all requests made after 14 days are paid services. Pricing varies according to the work required and will be quoted before work begins.

Construction errors or defects

A confirmed construction error or defect caused by Saleyla will be corrected at no charge, even after the 14-day complimentary-adjustment period.
